What is a Round Bottle Labeling Machine | Structural Feature

  The round bottle labeling machine uses self-adhesive roll labeling paper, and the labeling process is completed by rolling. The self-adhesive labeling machine has the advantages of cleanliness, no mold, beautiful and firm after labeling, no self-falling, and high production efficiency.

  Structural composition

  1. Unwinding wheel: It is a passive wheel used to place the roll label. It is usually equipped with a friction brake device with adjustable friction force, the purpose is to control the roll speed and tension, and maintain smooth paper feeding.

  2. Buffer wheel: It is connected to the spring. It can swing back and forth. The purpose is to absorb the tension of the roll material when the device is started, keep the material in contact with each roller, and prevent the material from breaking.

  3. Guide roller: It consists of two upper and lower parts, which guide and position the roll material.

  4. Drive roller: It consists of a group of active friction wheels. Usually one is a rubber roller and the other is a metal roller, and the bottom paper passes between them. The function is to drive the roll material to achieve normal labeling.

  5. Rewinding wheel: It is a driving wheel with a friction transmission device, and its function is to rewind the base paper after labeling. The rotation of the paper-rewinding wheel and the handling of the paper by the driving wheel do not interfere with each other, and the synchronous transmission is adjusted by the friction device.

  6. Peeling plate: There is an angle (generally less than 30°) away from one end of the plate. The purpose is to make it easier for the label to come out and separate from the base paper when the base paper changes direction through the peeling plate, so as to achieve contact with the labeling object.

  7. Labeling roller: Apply the label separated from the base paper evenly and flatly on the object to be labeled.
