  One of the common problems when using the labeling machine is the bubble phenomenon. Sometimes it may be fine to adjust it, but this phenomenon will appear again soon, so how can we solve this imagination?

Causes of blistering：

 1.For example, the surface of the bottle is not clean and flat. The bottle should be washed and dried first, and the spacing of the conveyor belt should be adjusted according to the shape of the bottle surface, especially the flat plastic bottle, during the labeling process.

 2.If the speed of the labeling machine is not adjusted properly, it will also cause bubbling, especially when labeling, the speed of the bottle body should be slightly faster than the speed of the label, so as to avoid air bubbles.

 3.Static electricity is also one of the reasons that affect the foaming. If there is static electricity, the label will not be bent and firm, so that it is easy to form bubbles during labeling, so you should try to eliminate static electricity before use.

 4.If the label paper is not properly selected, foaming will also occur. We recommend that users choose a smooth label paper, such as PE paper, so that the adhesive surface will be smooth, moist and smooth after labeling.
