Customer Purchases Labeling Machine And Ships

  The two automatic double-sided labeling machines ordered by the customer on May 30 have completed production and will be debugged this week.

  The products that customers need to label are the packaging of PET square bottles and oval bottles, which need to be labeled with double-sided labels. According to the product and labeling characteristics, we have designed two double-sided labeling machines for customers.

  The two labeling machines adopt the connected production mode. The front end is the filling and sealing production line. According to the production speed of the front end, the labeling machine is designed to have a labeling speed of 100 cans/min.

  The square bottle is designed with a conventional bottle and top pressing mechanism, and the elliptical bottle body is designed with a combination of screw bottle separation and top pressing to ensure that the bottle body can enter the labeling mechanism in one direction.

According to the size and specifications of different bottles, different specifications of the screw bottle separation system can be designed. The modular design is adopted, and the replacement only takes a few minutes.
