SRL-2250 Double Head Sleeve Labeling Machine Features and Applications

  SRL-2150 is a high-speed double-head sleeve labeling machine. The double-head sleeve labeling speed can reach up to 800bpm/180mm (standard length). It is equipped with PET30um thinning label and PVC32um label technology, which greatly reduces the cost of label materials.

  When operating with a single head, the maximum speed can reach up to 600bpm/180mm (the speed will increase if the label length is less than 60mm).

  The two machine heads can operate at the same time. For example, one head can cover the bottle body and the other head can cover the bottle mouth, and they can be completed simultaneously on the same equipment.

  When No. 1 machine head is in production and No. 2 machine head is in non-operating standby state, if No. 1 machine head encounters an abnormality or stops, No. 2 machine head will automatically start and go into production to maintain production efficiency.
